Photographed in March, Zayna and Ahmed’s early Spring waterfall engagement session was a dream. Hosted in a lovely park, we snapped gorgeous images that can be displayed year round. They are light and airy, perfect for using on save-the-dates, or featuring in a frame. The two were troopers, walking from field to forest, and down into the creek for the perfect shot.
An especially noticeable detail from this pair’s shoot is their attire. Their spring engagement photo outfits complement one another and the photo setting beautifully. Yet, stand out just enough to keep the pair front and center when set to the lush Spring backdrop. Zanya and I worked on their outfits together, carefully choosing the colors and a style that aligned with the space. And that would match her vision. Zanya is a self-proclaimed textbook romantic, and desired a final product that showcased her and Ahmeds relationship – playful and loving! Her emerald gown, soft with a flowing skirt, was ultra-feminine with a fun splash of color. Ahmed looked handsome in a dark neutral ensemble. A black dress shirt with khakis and sleek sneakers. Together, they made for a sweet and chic pair!
About the Couple
Ahmed is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a first-generation Arab American from Egypt. He graduated from dental school in May 2022, and is currently completing a one-year residency at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Wilkes-Barre, PA. In his free time, Ahmed enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer and exercising, and watching sports and movies.
Together, the two love sharing time with their family, who celebrate a rich culture and religion. Both Ahmed and Zayna are Muslim and Arab, which plays a big role in their daily lives! They also love exploring new restaurants and trying new foods, finding new date night activities, watching movies, and simply spending quality time together.
